To help us create a precise and comfortable finger prosthetic for you, please follow the instructions below when taking and uploading your hand photos. Clear and accurate photos are essential for proper customization.
Order Photo Guidelines

1. Photos Required When Placing an Order

Please upload a clear photo of your hand when placing your order, following these points: 1.Hand clearly visible Ensure the photo is in focus, with no blur, shadows, or obstructions. 2.All five fingers naturally spread Fingers should be extended and separated for easy observation. 3.Camera facing the hand directly Take the photo from straight above, with the camera perpendicular to the hand.

2. Measurements & Additional Photos After Ordering

AFTER YOU ORDER

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll review your hand photo and tell you exactly what measurements we need for your custom finger prosthetic. You will get simple step-by-step instructions by email on how to measure and take the required photos.

Here’s what we usually ask for:

  1. Circumference of the thickest part of the finger
Use a soft tape measure and measure around the thickest part of your finger in centimeters.
  2. Length of the residual finger
Measure from the base to the tip of the finger (in centimeters).
  3. Length of the matching finger on the other hand
Measure the same finger on your other hand for size comparison.
  4. Skin tone (for realistic prosthetics only)
If you choose a realistic prosthetic, please take additional photos of your hand in natural light (no filters or flash) to help match your skin tone.
